What is the music in the main menu?

hmm, odd. It doesnt run on its own for me at all. All the player hud elements are the same unless i replace the hud textures myself in the files.

This XML-based mod overwrites UI assets, colors, and the main menu song. For multiplayer use, the host must have the mod. Hard-coded inventory slots pose challenges as they need local modifications. The mod won't affect certain aspects like the map display or Medical HUD. Compatibility patches for popular mods were not included to avoid frequent updates. It should work until XML formats change.

You forgot to add the Lua dependency on the workshop page.
When run on a server does the player need Lua unpacked as well or just the host?
