Optimized Shop Sales

This patches the ShopSellAction so Noir's Shops mod will attempt to pay you in the highest available denomination when selling for a lot of money.

This allows for more expensive items to be bought from players or to allow them to simply to sell more in one transaction.

If you are using the default currency from Noir's shop mod then you will get paid out in Gold then Silver then Copper.

If you have your own patch with custom currency then you will get paid out in whatever denomination is the highest to lowest respectively.

The special coin and/or any currency worth 0 is excluded.
