Also there is a reason why wizard confusing touch is 3f, parriable and can be countered by flipping the moves. Flip is just that strong to be granted to a 0f move
On a power scaling level, I guess I'd put it up around 9 out of 10. It's not OUTRIGHT BROKEN BEYOND BELIEF. It doesn't have 0 frame fullscreen projectiles or anything. But DAMN he's got a LOT of really good moves.
The teleport is punishable on read though and with the right characters you can ToD off of it so it's not like it's unbeatable by any means. It could use some touching up but if you did, I'd rather see it as a new character or version because this? This is peak Yomi Workshop right here. I'd hate to lose out on fighting this monster.
