兵种阵型默认可用/Troops Know Formations

跟经典全战一样，兵种阵型自带阵型默认可用，不需要由将领或者随从解锁。
给民兵戟和民兵枪添加矛墙阵型，给将领添加所有骑兵阵型。
修改的是全局变量，所以对玩家和ai都生效。
应该与大部分mod都兼容。

Like classic total war series, units can form formations as long as they have, no need to unlock from generals or ancillaries.
Spear wall formation is added to militia ji and spear units, all calvarly formations were added to general bodyguards.
Modded with global variables which means changes apply to both player and ai.
Should be compatible with most modes.
