Clear Shields - Vanilla Blue

Alters the shield visuals to be clearer and easier to see through, including removing the strange displacement effect and reducing the shimmer. The colour is unchanged but the reflectivity/brightness is altered to make it more transparent.

Some shader calculations are removed unlike the previous clear shield-style mods which altered the final values. You may have marginally improved GPU performance with larger vessels.

• Leaves the blue tint, but makes it more transparent
  
• Removes the lighting effect on shield "blocks" which made them look like separate cubes.
  
• Tones down the shimmering effect to 30% of normal.
  
• Removes the chromatic aberration
  
• Removes the 'distorted colour' effect, it made shields look whiter in certain areas which could lead to full transparency with the higher base value set by this mod.

For other modders mostly, may help with compatibility questions. If another mod overwrites any of the functions or files listed below, this mod or the other mod, may not work.
