Mod increases hero cap for wood elves for ALL heros.

Major Settlements
+1 per major capital tier 3 or higher (Hollow or higher)

Oak of Ages
+1 per oak of ages tier 1/2
additional +1 per oak of ages tier 3/4
additional +1 per oak of ages tier 5
(means all together +3 for oak of ages tier 5)

All Vanilla Heros recruitable at Oak of Ages.

Little less worries about hero count. This mod only adds those +1 and therefore it should be compatible with other mods.
