To activate the mod you need:
- Subscribe to this workshop item
- Start the game, from main menu go to options → gameplay, enable "Activate the mod interface" there (should be the last option)
- Start NEW run. Continuing existing run, dying and respawning doesn't count. Click HERE: https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/2017091593732231220/0E09A921A6F54BC4F6DBAF9F995E031033583BDE/

This mod changes cell drop multiplier for all difficulties to 1000x
