External Tank

Adds external tanks as improvised oversized (size 40) missiles for the OSP.

• Adds external tank launchers (20x5x10 rack launchers)
  
• Adds a missile body
  
• Adds a rocket external tank variation, with 40 R-2 Piranha rockets
  
• Adds a mine external tank variation, with 20 M-30 Mattock mines

Caution: some of the container liner ship models cause a collision when launching the very large external tank. Please test your ships in simulation before deployment.
