as of the current version, the mod modifies the game in the following ways:
- brings the total state count to 4767
- unlocked great lakes and caspian sea
- comprehensive amazonia rework
- state populations made as accurate as possible (figures obtained from both historical censuses and calculations)
- new releasables
- minor decisions and events
- additional gfx from various sources
- much more VPs
- tag-dependent state and VP renames in europe, asia minor and east asia
- new 3-slot state category (rural<developed_rural<town)
- state categories have construction speed modifiers
