The Pratt - Simcity 4

描述
The Pratt is an apartment building from the Chicago tileset of Simcity 4.

A great example of early 20th century high-rise architecture. At 25 floors, this is one of my favourite residential buildings from Simcity 4, and it was a lot of fun to remake. It's also pretty friendly on your PC at only ~1700 tris.

Yes frezzie. I would love to see more buildings from vanilla SC4.
The recently made ones are also wonderful from other creators too.
Seeing more in general would be amazing

@Frezzie It's not in the game, buttt... "L&B Spumoni Gardens" and "Roll N Roaster," two iconic places, would be cool to see :steamhappy:
