Combine Alien Assassin SNPC

An old alien assassin SNPC that I made but never published until now. The AI is very smooth and Half-Life 2-Like.

- Smart AI
- Lots of attention to detail to make it feel like a regular Half-Life 2 NPC
- Cloaks
- Throws two different projectiles
- Melee attack (it can do melee attacks with the projectiles still in its hand!)
- Flinches
- Jumps
- Has hitgroups
- Has both a serverside ragdoll and a clientside ragdoll

I probably won't add anything new to it, it's just an old SNPC that I didn't want to leave behind.
