This is the Low Definition (aka funny 1998) GoldSrc Andre Cuncev. Nothing else has to be said, except the addon was made for the purpose of lowering the high memory used for other addons, whilst running the game.
Oh yeah, right, it's a less polygonized version of the original GoldSrc Andre Cuncev.
