TTT Canyon 2023 (No CSS)

I liked this map a lot back in the day, but felt that it could use some of the modern touches of more recent TTT maps. I also cleaned up some things.

Changes:

- Added a T tester
- Added A secret knife
- Added Secret Defuser
- Added 3 T rooms with teleporters, allowing the Ts to get around the map easier
- Added 4 new T traps
- Can now flood the map with a T trap costing a credit w/ a 45 second delay instead of C4
- Added more Ammo pick ups around the map, previously only in a few areas
- Custom weapons can now spawn
- Added a ladder so players stuck in the pit can get out
- Minor cosmetics changes
- Added some props
