An update to the mod Godly Traits - Civics & Perks: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2479031671&searchtext=godly+traits+civics
Removes AI access to the civics.
Change admin cap increases to unity.
Megastructure build cost change in Godly Megabuilders requires Gigastructures.

Edited to allow choosing the APs without the traits.
Added new trait Precursor Code, effectively a weakened version of Machina.

Update to 3.8, adding minor artifact cap increases to the civics and increased leader cap.

Update to 3.10

Updated to 4.0, though I did not find anything actually broken in my testing.

To be truly OP the Great Leader needs an Empire size reducer.

The extra pops when establishing a colony no longer works in 4.0, as that modifier was removed.

Updated to 4.0, with only minor changes, nothing broken as far as I could tell. Let me know if you find any bugs.

Also, since Commanders and Scientists can be planetary governors now, you could probably add planet-based modifiers to the Commander and Scientist traits, if you wanted. I haven't tested if this works though
