1 Way Tram + Bike Lanes Grass Ver.

This street features a 1 way tram with grass/greenery in between the track and split 2 way bike lanes occupying some of the pedestrian's space.

Promenade & Plaza DLC is not needed but Traffic Manager: President Edition is recommended so you can ban private vehicles on this road/street along with the two DLCs that I listed under "Required DLC".

If you're wondering why this is low effort, this is one of my first go at a custom road using TDM's Road Builder so idk how to make the elevated/underground version pretty so stick to ground only. Screenshot coming soon.
