2 Way Tram/Service Road + Bikes Prom. Style

This street features two way tram that service vehicles such as emergency or delivery vehicles can use with dedicated bike lanes at the same level, additionally the pedestrian traffic is grade separated from tram and bike users.

Promenade & Plaza DLC is not required but Traffic Manager: President Edition is recommended so you can ban private vehicles on this road/street along with the two DLCs that I listed under "Required DLC".

If you're wondering why this is low effort, this is one of my first go at a custom road using TDM's Road Builder so idk how to make the elevated/underground version pretty so stick to ground only. Screenshot coming soon.
