描述
The Focus Apartment building is a residential tower built in 1976, in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast. It was the tallest building in the city at the time and stands ~103m tall.

5x4 lvl 3 unique (as always lol)

Specs:
Tris: 17,544 (its round and has balconies k?)
Tex: 1024x512
Lod:
Tris: 102
Tex: 256x256

The model isn't a perfect replica by any means, I didn't do the windows at the strange angles they are compared to the balconies nor did I do the rooms without balconies. So sorry if you where expecting that..
I'm a little weary of posting assets with C:S2 coming up but I'll just keep going and we'll see what happens

Thanks! Definitely, I'm wondering how much I'll enjoy C:S 2 without all of the assets, but we'll have to wait and see I guess.

:steamthumbsup:Wow you made Focus Apartments! Hopefully the developers can make a seem lees process for assets to be transferred from first game into the second. Don't see CS 2 being as good then the CS 1 for a few years without its expansions and 300000 items on workshop, that have help me build my unique cities with Australian iconic buildings.
