gm_protopath

Protopath is an enormous sandbox playground for you and your friends to explore. This map offers a vast and varied landscape that includes anything basically. From an airstrip, a beach, fight areans, a town, underground and overground roads covering the entire map. And, obviously, an enormous space and height limit to do whatever you wish.

But that's not all! This map also features a fully functional navmesh for AI navigation, allowing you to populate your world with NPCs and make your own custom battles. And with a large amount of open space and terrain variation, you can just about do anything.

This map features:

- Navmesh
- Roads, underground, overground that cover the entire map.
- A good amount of buildings to enter.
- A town.
- A huge pool in the middle, connected by small canals.
- A huge spawn area.
- A considerable large height limit.
- 2 fight arenas
- An airstrip
- Small island
- Beach side

etc

This map started development 2 years ago and has quite recently re-entered development. After hours spend on polishing, optimizing and of-course, compiling and destroying our PCs CPU we finally are releasing for everyone to enjoy.

Please use the command: mat_specular 0 if you encounter lighting issues.

Any feedback is welcome, and we might do some updates to the map. Please report bugs that you may find.
