Buildings for basic villages.

Includes:

- House for 4 workers, 85% quality
- Duplex for 8 workers, 89% quality
- Education (kinder, school, college)*
- Citizen facilities (shop, pub, cinema, gym, clinic)*
- Firehouse, for 1 vehicle.
- Distribution and technical offices, for 3 vehicles (closed, refrigerated, tanker and water, sewage, snowplow, garbage).
- Statistical office*

* same efficiency as vanilla buidings but for only 1 worker and 1 professor.

The idea was to achieve making small, somehow functional, setlemens that can survive the pass of time. And allow me to learn modelling and texturing of simple structures.
