Zipline for zipline things

Hold RMB to position and then press LMB to place a zipline Be close to zipline and press E to use it Be close to zipline and press X to remove it Hold shift while zipping for double speed

Recent updates: - Max dist increased from 100 to 300 meters - Nocull added for distant poles - Better placing preview - Extra speed with shift - Fix for non-vsync people
