i think i've found the reason why its not working, i was tinkering around with my new PC a last night and i switched to fullscreen and my spawnmenu was blue, whent back to windowed and it wasn't blue any more, did you test this mod in windowed or fullscreen? it seems to only work with fullscreen

That should reskin your spawnmenu but I know that not working for many people and I don't know why !
