I'll say it once and for all.

I can't make it louder and it's impossible to make it louder in any way.

The way horde music works is for the player to hear zombies, not music.
So it's quiet by default no matter how loud the sound file is. Every file in this mod is at it maximum value, it's just the game itself makes it quieter. It's getting supressed by the sounds of gunshots and the horde.
Please stop asking me to change the volume of the music. I simply can't do it, it's already at maximum.

Also, I'm not sure if snd_rebuildaudiocache helps, but if you want you can try it.
