Capitolio Cinema

The old Capitolio Cinema was built in 1924, had 9 floors and was considered the first skyscraper in Rio de Janeiro. It was one of the iconic buildings of Cinelândia, an area known as "The Brazilian Broadway" for the large concentration of cinemas and theaters. Unfortunately The Capitolio no longer exists, having been replaced by some generic modernist building.

This pack is definitely for those who like playing with growables :-) It contains 11 high-density buildings: OFFICE and COMMERCIAL on 3 levels, RESIDENTIAL on 5 levels and 1 UNIQUE BUILDING, the cinema itself. All have A, C, I, S and 1024x1024 textures.
