The US model went on sale in March 2009

Designed as a smaller version of the Q7, Audi's first SUV model introduced in 2006, the Q5 appealed to US car buyers who wanted a crossover vehicle with the fuel-economy of a sedan and the power of a SUV.

2013 was a big year for Audi and their Q5 - which by now is their best selling model. Aesthetically, the exterior was upgraded slightly with a new, more angled front grille along with new head-lights. The interior was upgraded with more color and upholstery choices.
