Centered L4D1 HUD

描述
A centered and improved alternative version of the L4D1 HUD.
Inspired by Centered HUD.

Compatible with original survivors only, do not use with custom survivors. Subscribing to the required items isn't really mandatory, but I recommended doing so, to have the desired HUD shown in the screenshots.

The 4th teammate panel has been disabled due to insufficient screen space.

Finally, someone who made the L4D1 HUD properly. it always bugged me how the outlines of the survivors were never implemented & that the incap box was just a smaller L4D2 box.

I would like it if it was like the L4D1 360 HUD.
I don't like my health bar on the left, and the items on the bottom right.
Pretty good HUD tho.
