Calgary Costco

This was my first ever mod for Cities, as well as my first ever mod in general!

I made this based on a Costco nearby where I live in Calgary AB, Canada here[www.google.com]. This one is the 3rd busiest in North America (As of writing this) and functions as a monument in-game.
It comes complete with:

• Tire centre
  
• Liquor store
  
• Receiving dock
  
• Jobs!
  
• And people parking where they shouldn't

Once again this if my very first mod ever, so any and all feedback is welcome.
