Single rectangular object that is perpetually heated to over 99999+ C. It is also extremely volatile, a contact with any material will send this thing on a crazy destructive rampage.

Due to the nature of this object, it's also able to act like a black hole. It could literally consume human and robots alike. All these characteristics lead to the name of Supercritical RealityTear, an anomalous object that should not exist. Definitely belongs in an SCP archive.
