Oh okay, thanks anyways, after a bit of research I tried abusing some of the exploits, but with 30+ armour pieces that would take ages, better to just make masterwork armour myself.

Unfortunately, the “faction” tag works differently from the “stolen” tag. It's probably that'd have to be done with a script that does something like: detect faction‑tagged items, create a fresh copy of the item without the tag, then replace the original item with it. I don't know how to do that, I'm very sorry.

I made this mod for a vanilla version of Kenshi, it is compatible with all vanilla game 'starts', though it might not work with a modded start.
If you have used a modded start, let me know which mod it's from and I'll look into adding some compatibility.
And to be sure, make sure you've checked the STORAGE tab while in build mode.
