描述
Tired of sitting around all day waiting for your exercise pain to go away? This mod is for you!

This mod removes exercise fatigue and pain and replaces it with a basic exercise stamina system. After a day of not exercising, you will gain all of your exercise stamina back, and will be able to exercise until your exercise stamina runs out.

I made this mod specifically in mind for Multiplayer, as it was simply not fun to wait around for your exercise pain to go away. The vanilla settings are tuned with Multiplayer in mind, but it's perfectly capable of working with Singleplayer. There are sandbox settings included to help tune stamina to your liking.

Pain is directly transformed into stamina loss, so things like Regularity and having a high Fitness level will decrease the exercise stamina you lose. (Did you know that at 100% regularity in an exercise in Vanilla Zomboid, you will only take ~17% as much pain? It's totally broken and it applies to this mod too!)

This mod is 100% safe to add and remove from your saves.

don't activate the mod on a save while having exercise fatigue, i lost a character because when i activated the mod my exercise fatigue and pain was still there after a week. maybe it's just a mod conflict or a bug but just in case wait it out

I ran into that bug a couple months ago and was unable to reproduce it after trying to do so in new saves. I just thought it was some kind of fluke at that point. I'll see if I can pinpoint it tomorrow since you seem to be having it, but I only have the vaguest clue as to what causes it.

I found out that you can't cancel exercise, is it intended?

Incredibly late response, but due to the way fitness works in zomboid it wouldn't be possible to both have stamina and pain. I can't reduce the amount of fitness pain in a character without completely removing all fitness pain- there simply is no way.

I love the stamina system of this mod because it can limit amount of daily exercise.
But I also like exercise pain of vanilla which brings risk of temporarily weakening itself. So I wish a pain active option would be added to this mod.

I am having a non critical error when using this in combo with customizable containers

It seems to have to do with enabling exercising with equipment on, it displays an error every time you start exercising. It doesn't seem to break anything but I thought I'd mention it, thank you.
