描述
Occupied cities gain ownership in a non linear way. The less player own the city - the less is ownership recovery. This makes streamrolling strategies in war less appealiang. And make truce talks more beneficial for the winner than it was before.

I haven't tried to play with ELCP yet. But I'm willing to. As far as I know ELCP should not conflict with this mod. To be sure I need to look into the files of course.

Great idea! Will it - and other your mods for that matter - work with the ELCP?
