Auriga is changing. And it's not just longer and colder winters. The whole planet's climate is on rampage!

The global cooling create some new challenges for denizens of Auriga. Every fixed period since definite turn there will happen temporary global event which applies certain FIDSI penalty on terrain of certain biome. Penalties will be small at start but will become fiercer later on. Moreover terrain can now have negative FIDSI values due to a negative effects.

There are 3 levels of severity of terrain effects in this mod:
Minor: -3 FIDS / -1 Influence / -1 Approval (starts at 30 turn on Normal game speed)
Moderate: -6 FIDS / -2 Influence / -2 Approval (starts at 130 turn on Normal game speed)
Major: -9 FIDS / -3 Influence / -3 Approval (starts at 230 turn on Normal game speed)

Known Issues:
Due to code specifics of global events, effects last for 1 turn longer on endless difficulty. Global events duration and cooldown unfortunately hardcoded to game speed and at the same time use different number inclusion policy
