Realistic Empire Names

描述
I was really upset with the rather unimaginative, forgetful Empire names formed within DW2. The problem is the names are so common among so many Empires, that you cannot tell them apart from the names.

Personally, the name of the Empire should along describe the character and the type of Space Civilization you are dealing with.

These minor changes are extremely important to the feel of the games & Devs seem to underestimate the impact this has, In my personal opinion.

This goes well with the new system names mod.

No DLC one is separate, you have to enable both of them.

Thanks for putting this together, enjoying the improved names, but found a few typos.
Alignment, not Allignment (line 200)
Independent not Indipendent (lines 202 and 204)
Oligarchy not Oligarcy (line 1225)
I have fixed my copy, but letting you know in case you want to add to a future update.

Weird. Crashes with the mod, does not crash without. Maybe my files are corrupted.
