Replaces the current orange flat rectangle Minigun casing sprite with a proper animated sprite made out of the unused Minigun casing model that's already in the game (models\weapons\shells\shell_minigun.mdl) by rendering it in SFM as animated sprite frames, additionally now the particle itself behaves better with more weight and minor bounce when hitting the ground and gets affected by lightmap color.
