It is recommended to play the Rebalanced version of this mod instead of this one. It contains a host of improvements and fixes, including co-op support.

This version is only here for those wanting a more pure (and buggy) Lumoria experience


Credits:

An excellent custom 4 part campaign created by the TM Mapping Team for Halo: Custom Edition, and with its last update released in 2012. I've ported this to MCC to give this wonderful creation a new lease on life.

Mod Description:

Embark on a journey that brings you to the Forerunner world of Lumoria. When a scientific research crew sends out a beacon of distress, the UNSC frigate "The Endless Horizon", a frigate class ship, is sent in to execute a low-profile search and rescue operation. On board is May, a female SPARTAN II super soldier. Bred for combat, built for war. Along her side are a hardy group of higly trained ODSTs, lead by Gunnery Sergeant Brandon Keiffer. Drop in behind enemy lines and extract any remaining survivors as you race to uncover the secrets of Lumoria.

Version 1.1:
*Fixed scorpion tank kicking out the player in Episode III

Addendum:

This was done for personal use, and I figured I should go ahead and share it. That said, this is my first attempt at modding Halo, and I'm not super knowledgeable about the mod tools. So no guarantees that I will be able to fix any bugs that are reported, but I'll do my best.

The story and writing is mostly garbage, but it's wholesome in an amateur kind of way. The voice acting in the original is actually better than the SPV3 version which is wild lol. BUT the mod itself is absolutely fantastic. It's incredibly good, and I wish more mods like this were released.

@alaskamark All of those issues (other than dialogue volume) are fixed in the rebalanced version of this mod.

Just beat it for the first time, thanks for uploading this to steam! The voiced dialogue is barely perceptible and I noticed a few random Bumblebee pilots pulling T-poses during the last mission. Also the terminal text is all bunched up which makes it a little hard to read, they need some better spacing between the lines. But other than that I didn't have any serious issues. Thanks again!

Great mod, great story and campaign. Dialogue audio is a bit low, in some areas the game stutters and sometimes effects and/or textures are missing/disappearing during gameplay, otherwise its 9/10 would recommend

I downloaded the mod but I can't seem to actually play the campaign, is there something I'm missing?

@glowaru @Brupcat All the tools and information are there. Feel free to try and figure it out yourselves :) A word of warning though, it'll probably take far, far longer than you wanted or anticipated to get to a product you're happy with.

I'm also curious about how you managed to mod Lumoria so much with no prior Halo modding experience, because from my understanding you need all the raw uncompiled Lumoria tags in order to edit Lumoria with the official Halo modding tools; so has the Lumoria Team released the raw tags somewhere or what?

Right. How did you mod Lumoria with official tools? Asking because I think I'm going to make my own upload of Lumoria with some fixes, as I really don't like Ruby's V3.

Because this version isn't supported and the Rebalanced version is? Also the custom shield transparency is an original part of the mod, so why would I change it?
