You are right, but I have no idea how to make a color able to be and not to be a DarkLight at the same time, and this is how this game determine whether a cell is DarkLight.

I'll patch the button that toggle DarkLight to toggle this function.

Just for anyone who comes across this. It works fine, but all it does it just make lights Dark light. No toggle on or off from Dark Light. So all colors ARE dark light, but if you have colony that doesn't like Dark Light then you wouldn't want this mod.
