月悠红茶: Creator of the L4D2 Addon that replaces as Bill. (Credits goes to him).

Contact me as soon as possible if you don't like to port these L4D2 Ports into Garry's Mod!
I don't wanna break any rules of this community! If you are here to remove this addon, i'll remove it without consequences!

Yeah, I have a feeling something isn't right! he might be added coded stuff on it by malwares as well.

@Tonygamersman, sometimes they re-upload add-ons just to put them on their crappy servers or on purpose without an explanation to attempt getting popularity, which is not gonna happen obviously.
