The Marina City Towers are apart of Marina City, a mixed-use complex, located in downtown Chicago, IL.

Yes its a lot of tris, but it is hard keeping the number low due to the insane amount of circles which create vertices. If anyone has any ideas on how to optimize it further would be much appreciated.

Can be found under the Lvl 5 Unique Buildings tab.

How about the simple buildings at 860, 880, 900, and 910 Lake Shore Drive by Mies van der Rohe? They are four almost identical buildings in the shadow of the Hancock Tower, so one model can fill four buildings worth of space in a massively visible area.
They are also landmark buildings in design and construction, rather famous among architecture buffs and Chicago historians.
