Wear your hats with everything, now craftable. +NCE

Made a mod to add many of the small sized helms/masks from the original mod.

In the process, added an additional 4 helms that didn't have a small version (Side and Paladin Hachigane, and the two Chainmail Tagelmusts).

I personally use NCE, so heres the 4 with the same stats of the fullsize armor. Mind you, just the 4, someone else already was a boss and did a NCE patch for the rest.
