The slideshow itself is set to change the car every 30 seconds or so. If you want to make it change cars faster, view your Installed Wallpapers and select this wallpaper. If you look at the Properties section on the right side of the app, there is an option for Playback Rate. The default is 100%. If you change it from 100 to 200, you can make the image change twice as fast (every 15 seconds).
Also, I have a checkbox to Enable or Disable Effects (nothing special, just simple effects to give the wallpaper a little bit of life). If you look above the Description on this page, you will see scrolling images. One of them is a screenshot of these options. Hope that helps!
