"Para Bellum" (270BC) Campaign for Total Rebalance - RR III

A new exclusive campaign made for the "Total Rebalance - Rome Rerostered III" based on the Europa 270 BC map.

"Si vis pacem, para bellum"
- If you want peace, prepare for war. - Vegetius

Features:

- New campaign based on the Europa 270BC Map
( Europa 270 BC files pre-included in this mod)
- Cities and starting armies contain units from Total Rebalance - Rome Rerostered III.
- Mercenary Pool system reworked to also include units from Total Rebalance - Rome Rerostered III
- Increased population and starting denarii

- Reassigned territories for each faction, making for a bigger challenge when playing as a Roman faction
- The Senate rules most of mainland Italy, Greece and Carthage control some other parts of Italy.
- The Roman factions all have 1 settlement with big armies to expand their territory.

Backstory:

As the saying goes, "if you want peace, prepare for war."
In this campaign every faction fears a breakout of war, and being paranoid of their neighbouring factions they all raised big armies "to keep the peace".
However, all these armies have to be upkept, and who is going to pay for this?
Tensions are tight and most likely war is about to break out...

Will you keep the peace, are you prepared for war?



Note:

- In order to run this mod, a version of "Total Rebalance - Rome Rerostered III" has to be enabled, preferably this version:

(the "Para Bellum" campaign mod should be put above "Total Rebalance - Rome Rerostered III" in the mod launcher)

- Also make sure to do disable any other mods that alter units (Danymok's unit pack), or maps ( Europa 270 BC, Mundus Magnus, Kirsi''s)
( a list of compatible mods can be found on the "Total Rebalance - Rome Rerostered III" page)

- Gameplay balance is subject to change.
(note: compared to vanilla Rome the difficulty level may be steeper)

- Please do not make changes to this mod and redistribute.
Don't download if you cannot respect this.

tried so many mods recently and this is the first one were elephants actually feel dangerous,my numidia run was brief but so much fun,thx for this mod :)

Hi Bob,

Thank you very much for the screenshots!
I had some spare time and I managed to fix the issue for both the Genitour Bodyguard (Eastern General) and the Eastern Swordsmen.
Let me know if everything works out now :)

Can you tell me if it also happens in Custom Battle for other factions while using the same unit?

Either way, thank you for reporting, though work and private life now take up a lot time from modding, the issue you mention would be better to fix, but I can't guarantee anything :)

Hi JonkoXL !

i meant that the texture is incomplete,sort of brown all over with incomplete shield pattern and gap in helmet,like the details need filling in,ill try and get a screen shot
