描述
Adds a Diligent Researcher skill that unlocks an active Research ability.

When used, the Research ability will generate a set of potential schematics with various Skill Point costs.

If you reject all of the options the ability will go on cooldown without spending any Skill Points.

Update 1.01: Now displays how many Skill Points you have in the selection window.

I haven't had any problems in 1.0.
It should be fine to add it to a running game as well, but I suggest backing up your saves any time you change mods regardless.

Another part of the API got updated very recently, should be fixed again, again.
