He was pretty normal, I prefer fighting him over the others because of his boon! Overall, very fun fight. Maybe there could be a line where he previously met sal in his story? or maybe an encounter? But it was really fun!

How is him? Too strong or weak? Did you have trouble breaking his defences?

I encountered him after disabling a couple mods. Thanks for looking through it though!

I didn't spot any problem. Maybe it's just unlucky.

What are the odds of Victor appearing as the assassin? I've played upward of 20 runs of sal and I haven't got him yet.
