Summary -
This is a Ship storage facility designed to be cheap and easy to use. It contains no production capabilities and is a support platform. It has all the living quarters for the crew to watch over the dockyard. Additionally, it has a jump drive and a few hydrogen thrusters to move around if needed. It can be easily modified for more uses. Lastly, the SD-Class Dockyard has defenses.

@Welch9o4 think you can make a heavy dockyard with general compatibilty for say some
ag-21 hawkeye fighters

I am coming back years later after I subbed this, to again remind everyone this is one of the most versatile, clean and well conceived 'shipyard' bases out there... I love everything you can do with it. It's a real keeper.

this took me on a everything x10 sever 3 days to be doing nothing but gather resources out of basic assembler to be build. Totally worth it!
