[TTT] Fake Scar-Ls

Spawns Fake Scar-Ls that Imitate the real thing, Leaving those who would try to use them in a dangerous position if luck is not on their side.

Requires either the original ScarL for TTT addon or the Rebalance addon,
Works purely as an addition and will work with either variant of the Scar-L addon







The Dynamic changes uses the engine.GetAddons() which gets the addons that are subscribed, This seems to work in offline/listen servers but might create a situation where someone who isn't subscribed to the addon gets a better weapon - Is worth looking out for to see if this is the case.
