Incompatible with EotH Legitimacy submod, they both modify the same government file so only one is allowed to persist over the other.

Once hotfixes for TR are done, there's one more absolutely coming and that is when I'll start as I doubt there'll be another after. I was waiting for 3.4 to release because very early on into the development cycle (so basically within a month or so after 3.3 was released, when I began updating this submod) one of our coders integrated a similar version of the code I had set up for documentation in this submod into the main mod. Where I failed at getting it to work, he succeeded, and now updating should be an incredibly simple process and I can also include some of the features I cut due to me being a bad coder like the dynamic integration requirements text.
