[WOTC] No EULA on launch

So I came back to the game after a few years, clicked "I Agree to All" without reading it before finding out that the game doesn't even seem to acknowledge the existence of mods any more, checked out the reviews and found out that all 2K games are now bitchware, uninstalled the game intending to never play it again, checked out the workshop to see what I'll be missing out on for the rest of my life and only then did I stumble upon this.

I don't expect any human being on earth to know the answer to this confusing 'legalese' technowitchcraft, but in your opinion is the EULA still trying to ♥♥♥♥ me even with the game uninstalled?

No, editing INI files won't help here. Even this mod is a hack, since you can't just disable this popup directly.

Could be possible, but I don't have enough space on my drives right now for that.

No, My2k is a different service, and it doesn't make Steam offline, achievements should be fine.

does this disable achievements since the game is running "offline" in 2K or does it just only make you offline in 2K but not on steam?

Would it be possible to make a version of this for the vanilla game? Not everyone has WotC.

What you have to install is WotC.

Well I subscribed and ran the base game, it didn't work, I guess i'll have to install an alternate launcher.

I haven't tested it on vanilla version, to be honest. If I'll return to modding, I'll add an info about it to the description.
