SAINT Victor .308 from Payday 2

The AR-10 itself is a somewhat short-lived battle rifle designed by Eugene Stoner, who later downscaled it to create the AR-15, variations of which became the American assault rifles of choice for decades. The design itself still pops up occasionally with .308 platforms such as the M110 and SR-25, and the occasional civilian grade rifle. Both the AR-10 and AR-15 style rifles have a plethora of custom parts available, owing to the high modularity of the design.


Before being added to the game proper a few DLCs later, this rifle was exclusive to the new enemy type in Payday 2: the U.S. Marshals. The addition of the combo scopes also allows some of the older optics use their backup iron sights (BUIS, dubbed "piggyback sights" by the game), although at least one scope is bugged. The rifle available to the players has the Hera Arms front grip, which isn't used by the Marshals, but the M-LOK handguard is too thin for the animation I picked so I had to "fatten" it with some rail covers. Interestingly, both the rifle and the scope have red accents despite coming from different updates, so they fit together nicely. The reflex sight lens effect comes from Modern Warfare 3. Where's my MW3 remaster, Activision? Why did you remaster only half of the trilogy?
