Nissan Laurel C33

In December 1988, the C33 (1989-1993) was introduced. A month later, in January 1989, the C33 went on sale, initially only as a four-door sedan. The main engine was still the CA18 1.8-litre inline-four, with optional six-cylinder 2-litre RB petrol (with turbo option) and 2.8-litre RD28 diesel engines available. From the beginning of 1991, 2.5-liter RB inline-six engines with a five-speed automatic transmission were also installed.
