Sure, i didn't use a program to animate them, what i did was use photoshop to cut out the clouds from the background paste it on a transparent png, then i drew/clone tool to make the clouds bigger so it wouldn't look like a loop and the edges i matched perfectly so it can't be seen where the loop begins/ends, then i put the clouds over static blue sky png and added a slow scroll to the clouds.

Mind me asking what program did you use to animate clouds?

The songs you picked are really nice and the background is well done ty
