A remake of my Bottom Shelf War Paint, without the "wrapper" nobody liked. Bottom Shelf is your discerning penny pincher's War Paint of choice. We've got full posession of our Marbles, some stiff Wood, a full pack of Cigs, and even a nice blue golden sample if you're lucky. This warpaint is Highly Random and is based on the Macaw Masked organization.
